Q: Does the pencil has tilt function or pressure level？

A: No, this model doesn't support tilt function or pressure level.

 

Q: Does your pencil need to pair through BT?

A: No paring needed. Just press the smart touch button and then it will work

 

Q: Is this pen magnetic?

A: Yes, it can magneticlly attach on 11-inch iPad Pro(1st&2nd) and 12.9-inch iPad Pro (3rd & 4th) , or iPad Air 4th gen.

 

 

Q: Does your pencil support wireless charging ？

A: No, it doesn't. You need to charge by by its built-in USB-C port.

 

 

Q: What’s palm rejection function?

A: When you put your palm on the screen, the stylus can still write normally. If without palm rejection function, need to wear an insulated glove to prevent mistouch

 

 

Q: When used in APP noteplus, it is found that there is no palm rejection function?

A: The note plus software supports simultaneous operation of the pen / hand, because the customer's palm contact area is relatively small and is considered to be a finger, so it triggers the software's long-press outbound amplifier function, making the customer mistakenly think that the pen does not have palm rejection function. We test with an original Apple pen will also find this problem.

 

 

Q: Troubleshooting for the pencil cannot write.

A: 1) Check if the iPad has connected with original iPad pencil, if yes, need disconnect. Can set the iPad as follows:

Settings--->Apple Pencil--->Turn off the Apple pencil.

Settings---> Notes--->Turn off "Only Draw with Apple Pencil".

2) Check if the tip is screwed well, if the tip loose, can’t write or will show broken lines

3) Check the APP name the customer use, since some APPs don’t support stylus write. Can ask customers to try to write on notes APP.

4) Check if the customer has pasted screen film, if the film conductivity is poor, will affect the stylus work, may appear broken line or cannot write.

 

Q: What’s the material of the pen tip?

A: Special Soft rubber material. It’s very close as original iPad pencil tip, won’t scratch screen

 

 

Q: What’s the full charging time and working hours?

A: Full charging 30mins, and can continuous working for 10 hours

 

 

Q: Does your pencil support all iPad?

A: No, can only work on 2018 and later released iPad model and IOS version should be above iOS 12.2. Details pls check our compatible list
